• Deposit Requirement: To secure a booking, the relevant deposit specified at the time of booking must be paid.
• Contract Commencement: A formal contract is established only after we accept your booking, receive your deposit or full payment in cleared funds, and issue a confirmation invoice.
• Accuracy of Information: Please review all names, dates, and timings upon receipt of your documents. You must advise us of any errors immediately, as changes may not be possible later and inaccuracies could impact your travel rights.
• Passport Verification: Ensure that all names provided match the details exactly as they appear in the relevant passport.
2. Special Requests
• Any special requests should be communicated to our team at the time of booking.
For cancellations, the following charges apply:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• 61-40 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
• 40–30 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price.
• 30 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total tour price.
Refunds
• All refunds are processed promptly to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Please note that no refunds can be issued for no-shows on confirmed reservations.
Written Notification:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ensure formal confirmation and processing of your reservation’s withdrawal.
Flight and Rail Provisions:
Please be advised that domestic flight and sleeper train tickets are often subject to restrictive terms. Once confirmed, these tickets may be non-amendable. Any alteration or cancellation of these specific bookings may incur a penalty of up to 100% of the ticket cost.
