You meet up with your guide and head straight to the Great sphinx. Instead of waiting in the main ticket lines with everyone else, you bypass the crowds. Your guide checks in with security, hands over the official government permits, and the gates are opened specifically for your group.
You walk past the usual concrete viewing platforms where regular tourists have to stay. Your guide leads you down the restricted stone ramp, through the security barrier, and directly into the deep dirt enclosure that surrounds the Sphinx.
